We designed “A1” after 25 years of building and operating successful
multinational ITC Sales and Servicing Outsource Providers.
We purchased applications available in the marketplace and we customised those
applications with brute force to meet the needs of our demanding service
business and we found the applications lacking.
Founded in 2001, Apoyar has continuously invested in A1ServiceDesk.com and has
operated the application providing service to 1000’s of end users. Our core
design approach is based on input from both operational incident management and
fault management staff through to problem manager, project managers, sales
support and sales managers.
Our aim is to provide a complete Conception to Completion Product and Service
Delivery application, and over the years of development our customers have seen
an evolution of functionality with no additional charges (yes another core
philosophy) as the application offering constantly expands.
